Just because we are not at the Feis Ile 2014, we did not think it was reason enough not to join with the festivities. We will be drinking a random dram (not previously tasted by us) of each of the distilleries and share our thoughts about it.

Our second distillery tour ever was at the Caol Ila distillery in 2012 and we only visited the distillery's shop on last year's travels. It is about time we get back there and see what we have missed in the process, and make sure we take home a bottle of something nice while we are at it...
